It will take 1-2 business days to process your order from the time you place your order online, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We do not ship orders the same day.
All hair extension orders are shipped with signature confirmation to ensure safe delivery. If you are not home upon delivery, you will need to pick up your order from your local post office or call to schedule a redelivery by calling 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777). Once your order has been shipped, delivery time within the United States is 3-6 business days and 10-21 business days internationally.
All customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs. We recommend that you send your return with a tracking option, because Bellissa Hair DOES NOT offer refunds for items sent without a tracking number. Bellissa Hair will not be responsible for lost returns.
Free Domestic US shipping and exchanges are offered for all purchases of $50 or greater. All Exchanges will be issued as a STORE CREDIT and you will be able to repurchase your desired set of extensions. Any remaining amount will be redeemable as a store credit. To be eligible for an exchange, your Bellissa Hair must be unopened and unused, verified by an unopened security seal. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll be issued a gift card for the value of your return.
