Terms and Conditions

Your satisfaction is our goal. We will gladly accept returns on all eligible products, NOTE: once the security seal on the packaging is broken, tampered with, or altered in ANY WAY, you are no longer eligible for a refund. We strongly encourage you to use the included tester weft before breaking the security seal to ensure the proper color match. We are more than happy to accommodate eligible returns/exchanges within 30 days of the date that you receive your hair extensions.  Human hair extensions are a hygienic product and cannot be returned or exchanged once they have been opened. This is an industry standard, and other hair extension retailers do not allow returns of opened items for the same reasons. The TESTER weft from your set of Bellissa Hair MUST be included with your return as it is part of the full set of extensions.  The TESTER piece may NOT be dyed, cut or altered in any way in order to still receive a refund for the extensions or a color exchange.

The following items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns or exchanges: ALL CUSTOM ORDERS, Color Swatches, Full Color Rings, Blondes Color Ring, Blacks Color Ring, Browns Color Ring, Red Color Ring, Ombres Color Ring, Highlights Color Ring

REFUNDS (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund once we have confirmed that the hair extensions have not been opened or tampered with, based on the status of the security seal.

Once we have confirmed that the security seal has not been broken, tampered with, or altered in ANY WAY, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days (may vary depending on your bank).  If it is determined that the security seal has been broken, tampered with, or altered in ANY WAY, your refund will be denied.

Bellissa Hair DOES NOT offer refunds for items sent without a tracking number. If you chose to send the item registered with a tracking number this will be at an additional cost to you.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

If you discover that your Bellissa Hair does not match, with the help of the included tester weft, and the security seal for the set has not been opened, you may exchange your set for another shade of your choice within 30 days of the date that you receive your hair extensions.
